Engine Overheats within 5 MINUTES! (3.1)

This thread is old as hell, but good thing it was brought back, I just replaced the back one on the head in my 3.1 in the Z24 trying to get the fans working, and was pissed cause it didn't change anything I was going to say F*** it and just wire the fan to ACC power so it's always on. Looks like I'll be replacing the other one which is a bitch to get off I'm used to W's, on my Z24 you have to fill it from the overflow there is no cap on the rad, it's on the overflow, and there are also no bleeders.
