Setting the time on factory delco radio

I looked in my owner's manual but I can't find the info anywhere, how do I set the time on the stock delco radio on a '92 buick regal?

If you have a set button, push that.

 

Then it should be like the Tune buttons and the Seek button(s).

On my 89, you press set, then seek and scan to set the minutes and the hours.

and do this with the radio off too
