millerwl71
How many lines go to the brake booster? I know 1 from the MC. And how do you get to the hoses to change them? It's awfully tight on the 3.4. Thanks. I can barely stop. Brake pedal is as hard as a rock to press. And if I pull off the brake and press again while moving, forget it, I'm not stopping for another block it seems.
Crazy K
what? there is one vacuum line from the manifold to the brake booster find that line end and unplug it, and make sure that you feel vacuum being generated. in fact it will probably stall your car. sometimes an engine that is stuck at high idle will not generate enough vacuum fro the brakes to fucntion as well. just a thought. Andrew
Yeah if your brakes feel hard as a rock, then the MC isnt getting vacuum. check that 3/4" hose that goes from the MC to the back of the upper manifold. when i left mine unattached once, its made the car rev really high, and the brakes were hard as a rock. millerwl71
Ok, now how do I get my hands back there to change the hose or to even pull it off?
