goddamn oring on the 3.4

to do the oring on the 3.4, do you have to remove both the upper and lower intakes? I had the upper off tonight and it didnt create all that much more room.

No you do not have to remove the intakes. You can If you want it does make the job easier though. :) :)

do you take the crossover off then, because if not how the hell do you maneouver with such little space?

I know I can do it. I have little hands. the other way may be the only option you have besides taking off the X-over. Give it a shot and see. :) :)

so your telling me you can squeeze in that tiny space between the t-stat housing and the crossover?

surprisingly yeah. it was hard. I'm not saying that it was easy. Just for the hell of it, I tried to change it with everything in place and it took about 20-25 minutes to do. :) :) :)

what i did was just take a gasget and slice it so it overlaps itself, then you can just turn it onto the shft. insted of acouple hours takes a couple min.
