CSI_MuNkY
Your probably just hearing the spring settle into the seat... *should* go away like Q-ball said... Mine are probably going to be noisy as hell... being that I'm making mine myself... Jamie
intern8tion9l
i can still hear mine make little noises. i'm not concerned
TurboSedan
wierd. i have no noises at all with my TDC coiloverrs and my upper spring mount is solid aluminum unlike the FFP upper spring mount that has a poly insert. the only times i have any noise at all is when the spring becomes completely unloaded and doesn't seat back into the upper spring mount correctly. this ONLY happens when i do sharp U-turns while driving up a steep driveway etc. or if i raise the car and forget to make sure the springs don't seat into the upper mount correctly. i just have to raise the car and lower it back down while guiding the spring into place OR simply drive like that for a mile or two until it 'pops' back into place by itself. but as for driving around....NO noises whatsoever. doesn't matter if i'm driving nicely or taking hard fast corners or driving on bumpy/washboard roads...they are absolutely quiet as can be. CSI_MuNkY
this ONLY happens when i do sharp U-turns while driving up a steep driveway etc If thats the case it sounds like it a beefies stabalizer bar should take car of some of that extra roll, stop the spring from completely un loading. right? Jamie probably would. my car has NO sway bar and no rear STB for that matter. i do have an Addco rear bar that will be going in soon (hopefully). intern8tion9l
i haven't unloaded yet. i have a rear stb, but might as well have no sway bar with that stock pos in there
