Powder coating crosslace wheels

Has anyone powder coated crosslace wheels? I have 6 spares in my basement, (yea 6, im a hog) and I want to powdercoat a set of 4. I like the black with polished rim look and I even painted the old ones on my TGP before I sold it. It looked great.

I have seen powdercoat kits for sale and not to much either, I even have a spare oven that I can trash, the temp will get high enough fo r powdercoating and it it big enough for a wheel to fit. Just need to know how much material I need, I would guess alot since the crosslace wheel has a ton of nooks and crannies.

Is the gray, rim part powdercoated too?

I can see the difference in the crosslace part, nice for sure.

Have fun keeping them clean. I need to get a toothbrush in the small parts, keeps me busy for about an hour but they look great after. Thats why Im thinking about black. Im getting lazy.

Yes, the gray lip is powdercoated also. I just use a mix of simple green and vinegar in a spray bottle, scrub em up with a cloth, then powerwash them with hot water. Works for me.
