95 LUMINA 3100 WONT START!!!

tryed replaced the battery just put in a new starter checked every fuse in the car lights work sterio works when i turn the key nothing not even a click??? help plz

Did you check the bolt on the auxilariy terminal (positive from the battery) ?

Is there any corrosion on the battery terminals?

i mean the lights work and eveything just nothing happens when i turn the key to start it, only thing that happens it beeps in the inside and the dash lights come on and blah!

yeah it does. i tryed both sets of keys still nothing

Ok. Its a VATS realated issue. More then likely, the chip reader inside the ignition is worn out. You can bypass it completely by following Kevin's writeup. http://vats.likeabigdog.com/

Another thing to try would be to put the car in Neutral and see if it will crank, but you mentioned the Security light, so give the ole "resistor trick" a try and see what happens.

That's your best bet IMHO.
