There is a plastic baffle piece that mounts the speakers. I need help to figure out what speakers to order or how to modify the baffle to allow a standard speaker in the factory location. slick Posted November 3, 2006 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 You will mount your aftermarket speakers to the factory plastic mount. You *should* be able to fit a 6.5" speaker there with a bit of modification. If not, a 5.25" speaker will bolt up. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
