if i had a vss wire in my stereo harness, what color is it?

That is what controls the SCV on the stock stereos, right? (Mine just had the cassette player). It would be alot easier to tap into it there than to have to go under the hood for the blazer console I'm (still) working on.

I think it will be dark green. There may be two dark greens but one is a speaker lead. The one you want goes to the ALDL connector.
