Redfox340
From the factory, there was no maunal offered. All 5-speed TGP's were custom created... ...and I believe [edit] Kenny [/edit] from CO Springs used a Getrag 282. Can find those on mainly every stardard late 80's and early 90's 2.8L / 3.1L motors. - RedFox340
Redfox340
LukeZ34 now has it (forgot to post that, sorry) If you have more specific questions, I would contact him! - RedFox340
Guest Anonymous
The prototypes were 5-speeds, and they also had 300 H.P. And his name is Kenny, not Tim.
The Burning Rom
The 282 is the best tanny as there is a performance market out there for them. But there are three different 282 models, so you have to get the right one. BTW, don't ask me which one is right, because I have NO CLUE The 284 is a common 5spd found in the GPs (I almost had one for $100 ), but there is no performance clutch availabe for it. It has to be custom built = expensive! Hope this helps.

TGPilot
No harm no foul! Somtimes I feel like "Timmy" from South Park though so you were not far off to begin with!!
