anyone else have problems with signal lights?

I've got a 91 Grand Prix, and I'm having some troubles with the signal lights.

WHen i turn on the signal lights, i have no singnals at all, left or right, front or back.

When i turn on my hazard lights, they flash on the front, left and right, but not on the back at all.

When the key is turned forward and the running lights on then the hazards on teh front flash slowly, and when the key is turned off and removed from the ignition the hazards on teh front blink faster.

 

Any idea whats wrong with my signal lights? I had the back open tonight looking at them and the bulbs seem really funky and don;t look like they wanna unscrew. I checked all the fuses inthe glove box and the relay switches and stuff in the electrical box under the hood.

I also found out i have a short in the wire for the accessory fuse in the glovebox cuz the fuse pops within 2 minutes of putting it in.
