J Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 if u let your rims sit like that long enough they will be permanently screwed Quote
99RegalGS Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Looks better John, though your left front wheel still has crap on it. Quote

john99gtp Posted October 1, 2006 Author Report Posted October 1, 2006 I understand it was just a quick job but they still look like shit. they may still look like shit, but they look far less like shit then they did. plus, thats clean for me, so yea. and now its raining today, go figure Quote
97loudcut Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 maybe its the dirty tires and low pressure that is throwing me off.. none the less your car is still sexay dirty or not Quote
Regal_GS_1989 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Use some aerospace 303 on your rims once you get them really clean. That will keep the brake dust from setting on the rims. I can really notice the difference when i use it on my rims. 1 week after driving, there is still no noticeable brake dust on the rims. Without using the 303, after 2 - 3 days, theres already noticeable brake dust collecting there. Im hooked. I also used a bit once as a detailer spray and it worked really well. Too bad its so fricken expensive though. (13$ a bottle) Quote
97loudcut Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Yeh I dont used it as a detailer spray but I just went outside (after doing this) and sparayed 303 on my wheels and wiped them dry. I will update whether or not it stopped the brake dust Quote

THe_DeTAiL3R Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 What product did you use to clean the wheels? At work we got non-acid stuff (greenish blue) it works nice but take a bit of scrubbing. The acid stuff works fucking awsome, but I try to avoid using it unless the wheels are extremely dirty. I do like to use the acid wheel cleaner on the inside of the rims though, cause it's not like there is anything important it's gonna damage. Quote
GP1138 Posted October 5, 2006 Report Posted October 5, 2006 Sorry I’m not good with computers. Ware can I get it? You can't click on the "Look for Retailers in the US" link in that post, and then type in your ZIP code? You have to enter more information than that to sign up for this message board. Hell, the input required to find somewhere close to you that sells 303 is less than it took you to ask a second time where you can buy it. Quote
