EuroSedan93
I personally have had 3 different JVC decks and 2 pioneer decks, and personaly Like the JVC's better. I've found that they have more options, have excellent sound quality and look good to boot.

slick
ALPINE FTW!! for the wallet? hmmm. 1 alpine or 2 JVCs Well I got 2 cars so Im going for 2 JVCs Yes, JVC FTW. I personally have a KD-LH300. It's about 2 years old now, and still going strong. 3 4v outputs, sub control, and all the formatted playback and inputs I could ask for. GnatGoSplat
Pioneer. I like the Entertainment Clock mode on the ones with OEL display. JVC is good too though, I liked both JVC HU's that I've had over the years. Only HU's I ever had that gave me trouble were Sony MD players back in the mid-90's. I had 3 of them that had problems. stevegasm
Pioneer. I like the Entertainment Clock mode on the ones with OEL display. x2, I've got a DEH-P7600MP in the Camaro. It's bananas!

GnatGoSplat
x2, I've got a DEH-P7600MP in the Camaro. It's bananas! Yup, I had a 7600MP that I sold earlier this year. It was a really nice HU. I like its aesthetics better than the current ones actually.

jeremy
I'd get a double din for your car
GnatGoSplat
I'd get a double din for your car Yeah, I recommended that too, but I don't think he's gonna get much of a double DIN stereo for a $150 budget. On the other hand, I guess it's not impossible to find one. I did manage to pick up a GM double DIN factory navigation HU for $100 (was $200, but arrived with scratches on the face and screen that weren't in the photo so they offered me $100 back). stevegasm
Interesting... but if you're turning enough to be making some meaningful G forces, I don't think you should be looking at your head unit while doing so
