Help- On a 90 Cutlass - Electronic Climate Control Problems that I can't figure out!

Everything functions fine in the mornings when vehicle is cold. But later in the afternoon, it has no power to the whole ECC unit. After you drive for awhile you recieve power to the unit. This is the daily routine.

I have checked all relays, fuses, everything seems fine. In front of fuses checked fan motor, it is also fine. It is as though it has a mind of its own.

Any suggestions?

That sounds similar to the problem I was having with my stereo... my amp would cut out in the morning, but be fine once the engine warmed up. Turned out to be a faulty fuse, the fuse "looked" fine... but it didn't meter out properly. Try replacing the fuse(s) anyways. Other than that, start meterin' out everything you can. :P

If you could get your hands on a unit from a 93-94 theyre much more reliable
