what size headlight bulbs do i need?

hey everyone my headligths are dim as hell and i need brighter ones

im planning on either

 

sylvania silverstarts or the xtra vision ones

 

i need to know what size bulbs i need tho

 

and if i need to get 2 diff bulbs one set for highs and one for lows

 

if anyone has recomendations on bulbs as bright or brigfhter than the silverstars for as much cash or less preferably lmk

dunno if ur Regal has seperate lights for low and high......BUT: 9005 is the high beam 9006 is the low beam 9007 is the dual filament bulb (has both low and high beams)
