90TGP Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 I just got a pillar pod from another TGP'er that was parting out his car. Got it for $165, not bad. Here's some pictures. TGPilot Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 Why is it that when people post pictures on geocities.com or yahoo.com I can never see it? 8) Quote
90TGP Posted May 17, 2003 Author Report Posted May 17, 2003 If anyones wondering, that's my dad holding the pod Quote
The Burning Rom Posted May 18, 2003 Report Posted May 18, 2003 Very nice. Looks like the pillar pod that eclipse5302 makes. I hope to have mine made soon.....as soon as the job starts and the checks start rollin' in Quote
hey1bum Posted July 6, 2003 Report Posted July 6, 2003 sorry i'm dumb, u said 165... what gauges are u putting in there? I was thinking of getting a 2 pod for a a/f guage and boost. Quote
90TGP Posted July 6, 2003 Author Report Posted July 6, 2003 I have an Autometer Z-Series boost gauge, Z-Series a/f gauge, and Z-Series water temp gauge all ready to be installed. Quote
RomeoZ34 Posted July 26, 2003 Report Posted July 26, 2003 Hey eclipse5302, will your guage pod fit on a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina Z34? If so, I want one. E-mail me at romeoguy62@yahoo.com if ya can! Thanks! Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted July 26, 2003 Report Posted July 26, 2003 It won't fit Romeo. Who the hell let you sign up here???????? I think we need a stricter policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
RomeoZ34 Posted July 26, 2003 Report Posted July 26, 2003 LOL, Well, I am just growing a bit bored w/ Efi-Street. Not enough traffic over there any more. Why wouldn't the guage cluster fit? Would it be close at all, or is there no hope? Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted July 27, 2003 Report Posted July 27, 2003 Does it look to be the same shape and design as yours? If it does, I'm sure with a heat gun and some muscle you could make it work. BUT, there is a chance I COULD be wrong. Quote
The Burning Rom Posted July 27, 2003 Report Posted July 27, 2003 The way he makes em is by grafting pods on to a A-pillar trim piece that YOU send in. So I'm sure he could probably get it to work (Luminas have a taller roof). But you'd have to email him (eclipse5302) and ask him for sure. Quote
RomeoZ34 Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 Hey Eclipse, I sent u an e-mail, did ya get it bro? Quote
90TGP Posted July 30, 2003 Author Report Posted July 30, 2003 You know. I just first realized today that the pillar pod is the lighter tan and not the brownish color like the stock pillars. So now I have different colored A-Pillars. Doesn't bother me though, nothing paint on the passanger pod can't take care of. Actually, I think it looks better tan then brown. Quote
hey1bum Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 different colors? Really... how noticeable? Quote
