Psych0matt Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 So, I painted my spare center cap, the red olds logo is now white. I'm thinking about doing all of them white, but i don't know if that would make too much white and nothing to break it up. whatcha guys think? Quote
Grand Moff Joseph Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 I'll let you know as soon as I see a pic. Quote
Psych0matt Posted September 16, 2006 Author Report Posted September 16, 2006 weeeeellllll, i'd have to take my wheels off to get the caps out, so no pics tonight. i can take a pic of just the cap though? or someone can chop it in from previous pic? Quote
J Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 i wouldn't just for the fact that when they chip/peel they will look like ass Quote
Psych0matt Posted September 16, 2006 Author Report Posted September 16, 2006 well, why not clear them? anyways, heres a pic of the one I did (keep in mind its scraped up, thats why its my spare) Quote
J Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 whites not bad, but i always think of a center cap like that being red, or black, and black would look like ass, therefore keep em red. wow what a run on sentence Quote
Psych0matt Posted September 16, 2006 Author Report Posted September 16, 2006 I should pick up a spare set and test it out... as of right now it looks good red cuz it matches the taillights, but if i tint those, that would be the only red, and i guess that could be both good or bad. meh, calipers will eventually fit into this picture, too Quote
AWeb80 Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 red.....i got a red Pontiac emblem on my centercaps.....I did it to break up the black and make it stand out.... they are reflective too..... Quote
Psych0matt Posted September 16, 2006 Author Report Posted September 16, 2006 Redify them. um, they are red already Quote
