1991 Cutlass International Sedan Help with brake lights and fans

I just bought a 1991 Cutlass Supreme International sedan 3.4. The brake lights will not go off, and the cooling fans will not turn on.These are the 2 major problems,but I am sure I will have more. The car looks great and runs great. I think I got a steal. I believe it has every opt. out there. I only paid $700.00.I hope someone can help.

Does this car have the POWERMASTER? a non vacuum booster operated brake system?

 

if so I'll give you $50 for it

 

 

Look for a brass sensor located by the thermostat. It is the sensor that tells the pcm the engine temp. the PCM controls the fans. if it doubt, replace it. (I always do)
