GutlessSupreme
I have classes downcity two nights a week now and I've been pulling my ECM fuse for some cheap reassurance before I leave it anywhere. Does that, in effect, make it need to relearn the idle/etc everytime I pull it? Would I be better off rigging up a switch to the fuel pump? Brian P
which fuse are you pulling? The one under the hood, or inside the car?
GutlessSupreme
Inside. Glove box fuse panel.
White93z34
doubt it makes much difference i'm sure the car has to relearn some values, but by the time you get home, i'm sure its relearned all it needs to.
Brian P
just going off the top of my head, that interior fuse is just for the "hot in run" lead to the PCM, so you shouldn't be losing any memory.

Put full coverage on it and collect your $1000.
GutlessSupreme
Put full coverage on it and collect your $1000. Please. I already pay double that a year for liability. The STE will be considered though, after all the money and time I've dumped into it... just going off the top of my head, that interior fuse is just for the "hot in run" lead to the PCM, so you shouldn't be losing any memory. good to hear. thanks
