FIXED PROBLEM

except that your car being a 1996 dosen't have nor need a idle relearn, its OBDII.

its still in "learning" mode, give it some time to go back to how it was. it generally takes a good deal of driving till a OBDII computer will throw a SES light. you may not have it now, but the chance that it will come back is great.

I think this bears repeating:

OBD-II DOESN'T HAVE IDLE RELEARNS!

It takes 15-30 drive cycles before an OBD-II car properly "relearns" sensor variables, MAF and O2 readings, etc. It's not going to happen from just idling the car for 10 minutes.

I didn't drive it ten minutes, I drove it around all day. I did the process of idle relearn you guys said and it tamed the idle down, wether it leanred it itself, or it actually worked I don't know.

You know what Tony? How the fuck is your gay thread about buying a Optima BATTERY any better for the bandwidth than my post about actually fixing a problem? I mean, did you need to announce to the world that you ORDERED a battery? NO ONE GIVES A SHIT. I posted to let everyone know I fixed my problems for now.

Here's a link to a retarted thread everyone.

jesus.

He (Tony) took my thread way out of proportion. If he had a problem with it, he should not have posted in my thread. He seems to be ignorant quite a bit especially since this forum is to help others with their cars. If someone doesn't know something he does, you get treated like a piece of shit. Hey guys should I take my headers off or leave them on? Well I don't know man, since it's your car it doesn't matter what we say.

You make a new post every two weeks complaining about your car. People give you advice and over and over you don't listen to anyone. Then when something doesn't work you complain like a whiney child who broke their favorite

toy. Honesly, many people on here wouldn't have a problem if you would be proactive about fixing your car.

This thread is a perfect example, since there is no idle relearn on OBD II cars but you refuse to listen to people.

If someone needs help with something with there car I always help. But, I do get pissed at people that refuse to listen when they ask for help.

Lastly, what the hell are you talking about the thread I made about my headers? I was asking people's advice, and a majority of member's have seen/been in my car.

PS- It's retarded not retarted.

Holy fuck. I'm not taking sides, but you could have simply bumped up your thread from last time you had this "problem". Good luck getting the car fixed and running right...both of you....
