Weird electrical problem.

So this all started when I was testing injectors on my 3100. I accidentaly jumped the positive and ground side of my injector with my test light. The lights on the dash went out and the wipers turned on, then my alarm went off. The car runs mint now that I've put it back together, and it has a new ECM. So right now, my keypad will disarm the alarm, but not unlock the doors, but it will lock them. And when I put the car in drive, the doors lock, but when I put the car in park they dont unlock like they used to, and the interior lights dont illuminate till I hit the unlock button. The power unlock only works with the switch. Any ideas? Is there a hidden BCM I fried?

Is this factory RKE, or an aftermarket? We had an aftermarket unit fail on our 97 lumina, and the doors would just randomly lock and the trunk would pop everytime we put the car in park. Then the locks kept cycling, so I pulled out the fuse for a temporary fix. Then the remote start unit actually caught fire while driving it. That is the first thing I would check
