Dave Posted May 11, 2003 Report Share Posted May 11, 2003 The DIC works and stays on when I have my lights off but when I turn the lights on, the display goes dark. Slade901 Posted May 12, 2003 Report Share Posted May 12, 2003 My gauge used to do that which is dark when I turn the lights ON. I have Digital Instrument Cluster on my car and I have to set the dim/adjuster to MAX but not all the way up, so that the gauge is visible when the lights are ON. Your car may be different. I eventually re-soldered the IC and replaced the capacitors on my Digital Instrument Cluster since it was also flickering and going OFF most of the time.
