rearview mirror question

if i dont have the reading lamps on my rearview mirror and got one from a 95 gp, is the wiring up in the headliner still? or what does it require?

you might, or might not. BUT, you really don't need the stock wiring, as you can tap into the wires already there. For the mirror you'll need a positive source (orange wire), switched ground from door pins (white wire) and a constant ground (most local screw into the body) you will see all these when you pull your headliner down up front.
