futuretgper
ok so im installing a dual red stripe transmission vacuum modulator (adjustable)....im wondering if you pull out the original metal "plunger" and put the seperate metal "nub" that comes with the new TVM in its place....or do you leave the original pluger in and skip the "nub" and secondly (to confirm) clockwise adjustments firm shifts...correct!?! thanks guys! z284pwr
Mine didn't make that much of a difference. It didn't really make that much on the Trans-Am either, oh and yes clockwise should firm it up...dunno how well they really work though at firming it up If you want a real firm shift, you have to build the internals for it Now our Suburban, that is a firm shift...nothing like chirping the big ass tires into 2nd and 3rd gear
