exhaust pipe size

okay i took a dual exhaust setup off a cutlass supreme and i am not sure what exact size the pipe is ? so if you kno let me kno

 

i kno the car had a 24 valve symbol on it if that helps

 

 

please i need to kno by friday thanks

2.25 from catalyst to Y, then 2" to muffs

I could have swore the DOHC got a 2.5" exhaust to the Y. I know my downpipe to the cat is 2.5". Guess i got to crawl under the car tomorrow and measure.

Get a Dial Caliper (< $15) to measure the pipe diameter and you will know if the size is 2.5, 2.25, 2.

Downpipe is 2.5"

Midpipe is 2.25" pressbent

Y is eather 2" or 1.75" pressbent

 

I added 2.5" on my monte.. Destroyed the low end TQ.
