Baddflash
There's a 93 GTP at the local yard which has a nice exhaust system will it fit my Lumina? It would save me a lot of money on a new exhaust system.
jeremy
it should bolt right up
jdcutty
it should bolt right up Yep, It just may have a different cat, but that shouldn't make any difference

5speedz34
IIRC-Ken had GP exhaust on his lumina. EDIT: Wait yeah he did. [attachment deleted by admin] Removed to free up storage space.
slick
IIRC-Ken had GP exhaust on his lumina. EDIT: Wait yeah he did. Yep, he did. That's the wonderful thing about the universitility of w-body's.
Hairdo12
You may have to use a 2 inch to 2.25 adapter. I had to use that with my exhaust... but it was from a euro 3.4, so I am not entirly sure.
Crazy K
IIRC-Ken had GP exhaust on his lumina. EDIT: Wait yeah he did. no sorry!!! it was a 94 Z-34 exhaust system. it was cut and spliced on the straight section that passes on the right of the gas tank. all i did was tighten a clamp to shrink the larger 2 1/4 pipe onto the 2 inch pipe (or was it 2 1/2 onto 2 1/4?) But it will interchange no problem!
z34_nut
Well thats some thing I just learned today... to bad I've only owner duel exhaust w's...
ToroToro
You're still going to have to do some cutting though. I dont see the bolts at the cat coming loose...typically they are rusted beyond help, so it's not going to "bolt right up". Best thing to do is what Ken did. patgizz
you can unbolt the downpipe at the motor and drop the whole deal as a unit if you've got a way to get it home. that's the best way to go.
