mfewtrail
Solid rubber motor mounts are available from NAPA(balkamp brand). If you buy one, shake it and make sure it's solid and not fluid filled. There have been people on clubgp that went in to buy solid mounts and recieved hydraulic fluid filled mounts that were packed in the wrong boxes. There have been people on clubgp that went in to buy solid mounts and recieved hydraulic fluid filled mounts that were packed in the wrong boxes. Me included. It wasn't until my car was totally apart that I realized it, and there was no going back.
5speedz34
Is there much of a performance advantage with the solid over the hydrualic filled ones?
slick
Is there much of a performance advantage with the solid over the hydrualic filled ones? The solid ones would most likely have a little less movement, and will probably last a bit longer. Probably only a few hp, and not even at the wheels.
