Okay guys I have a question... There is this rubber bushing thing that sits between the trailering arm and the strut and I CANNOT get the damn thing to compress again... Are there any suggestions/tricks to getting this back together?

Thanks

use the bolt that comes in the strut kit to hold it tight

I'm hoping it's not the latter of those listed as you may have to do it again sooner than you should...

Guy in the bodyshop bought AC Delco struts (I'm assuming made by Gabriel) for his 90ish Regal, and he's already having problems with them being noisey. I'm totally not buying AC Delco now!

yeah I put sensatracs on it...I have them on every one of my other cars and I love them and they've always been reliable.

My KYB's did not come with a bolt to hold the aux spring dampner together, does anyone know what size bolt/ thread/ length I would need to hold the assembly togther? In the middle of a nightmare now. Any information appreciated. (92 Lumina Euro).

i had no luck when i did my rear struts because the hole that the bolt is supposet to go through to keep the bushing compressed would not work. I couldnt get the bolt to thread and i went through hell to get it done. But i love my kybs

Holt old thread batman!

I think I just left that part out when I re-did my rear suspension.

is that possible. I found it impossible to leave the bushings out when i did mine
