jazic3.4 Posted July 10, 2006 Report Posted July 10, 2006 The car is reading code 23 (MAT/IAT sensor). Besides the lines and connector, would there be anything else causing this issue? Any tips troubleshooting the sensor itself? Quote
95oldsVan Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Dont know for sure, but if someone here has a GM or Helms manual,it can help you troubleshoot and diagnose the problem step by step until it rules out everything else in steps. I used helms manuals for other cars...and they always came in handy. However, with this particular code,99% of my experience was a bad sensor. Do check the wiring, connectors and if you have a DVM or digital volt meter, you can test the wires for proper voltage or a possible short to ground somewhere. Quote
