Vacuum leak maybe cause of not starting?

Could my vacuum leak be the cause of my car not starting sometimes? Just wondering my car is going in at 8 tomorrow morning I just want some quick insight before I pay out my ass. Thanks guys.

if its a large enough leak in the right place, i believe it's possible. not a usual cause, but i don't see why it couldnt happen

Thanks, well the RPM guage moves quite a bit like within 300-400 rpm. I am guessing that's a big enough leak. I am sick of this 3.4 DOHC money pit shit. I just want it to run normal for at least a friggen week.

its only a money pit because you don't do your own work.

 

IF it was a huge ass vaccum leak, i should hope that you can find it without needing a shop.

 

just start with the basics, do you have spark, and gas getting to the engine?
