I can't post a pic of the door speaker mounts because I don't have any in the ragtop. They are what the speakers mount up on and bolt onto the door. Were not an option on the ragtops for some strange reason, only the coupes.

I really don't need the speakers, I can buy a pair at Radio Shack, I really need the mounts.

Thanks for trying.

Yes i do live in Illinois. I live in Oswego, IL. The junkyard i went to was U Pull IT in Aurora, IL. Its about an hour or so away from Chicago.

All the TGP emblems were gone. All taht was left was the resdu lol.

I forgot to look for those speakers mounts. Hopefully im going back soon. Now did u need the whole door panel or just the speaker housing?

And yes tehre was a whole L67 there. It still had the HUD AND DIC in it. ALL leather too.

Could anyone tell me if leather Vert Cutlass seats would fit my cloth 94 2dr Grand Prix SE? And how hard would it be to convert my rear bench into 2 leather captains chairs?

And sorry to the guy who wanted the rear window controls from the vert. They were still in there and I might be going back soon so hopefully they will still be there.

Just the mounts. Shouldn't be costly at all. Like I said, I don't need the speakers.

Im gonna modify my existing door panel when I do this job.

Thanks.

Damn, I know NeverSatisfied has been here longer but I was the one who made the post in the "Want to Buy" forum about the trim/boots for the Cutlass Convertible. Hopefully I'm next in line now. I am glad you finally got your pieces tho, Never.

Crazy K, if you made the initial comment about the convertible trim pieces in reference to helping me out, I appriciate it anyways.

the yard we went to has these engines regualrly. they regularly have 97+gps, they had about 6 yesterday. I wouldn't doubt they have good ones, and they even have a bad one with the eaton supercharger still attached. PM me if you need these parts. their prices are great.

Good good don't get your panties in a bunch. I just happened to remember that he'd been asking for them. Wow...it's not like you have a binding legal contract for those parts. GEEZ!!!

PEOPLE NEED>>> the clips that the top latches into, and the boots that the pins at the front of the vert top latch into get those!!!

also grab the front wheatherstripping opn the sides of the windsheild, and around the top and by the rear windows.

THis is not for me, but I know others need it. I take these from every vert I see.

I believe NeverSatisfied would be the user who needs what was mentioned here.

I am also looking for these parts, on behalf of a friend.

Chris - bigshynepo - I sure didn't mean to step on your toes. I did post months before your post for them.

I totally figured as much since your search (not to mention convertible ownership) was definatly longer than mine. Sorry my post was on a little on the petty side. Don't worry, when I finally track them down the whole board will know about it! CrazyK, any help you can be, you can find me trying to build w-body parts out of popsicle sticks in my garage...

Very much appriciated! :-*

I was wondering if they could be fabbed out of brass or aluminum?

I could mould and cast wax replicas, and insert them into plaster of paris, afdter adding inlet and outlet tubes.

You heat the plaster mould after it is set and it allows the wax to melt out, and then puor molten brass or aluminm into the casting.

if anyone has access to a source of molten brass or alumnimum, let me know!!!

besides, we could fab cups this way too!!!!!

well for the molten metal most places that do that casting stuff melt the metal then poor it into the casting.
