Nick1234
on my 93 Lumina, the trip odemeter hardly works. It goes up to .9 then eventually will get stuck at maybe 1.9, and won't go any higher than 9.9 but it takes a while to get there. What should i look for. What makes it work? White93z34
i'd sorta like to know that myself, mine works but sometimes i have to push reset a few times for it to go again.
PCGUY112887
When mine did that the miles stoped counting too till I pressed it again, so I say next time just leave it

Crazy K
I've fixed and seen similiar problems on odometers and speedometers. the problem is usually caused by slack in the numerical roller assembly. my fix? I bust upen a j/y cluster and take the odometer and trip odo, and use the itty bitty washers that buffer between the parts as a shim to tighten the numbers... unless I find that the gearing is damaged in my car's roller, in which case I substitute the entire numerical roller. problem solved.
