not really sure what you're asking...

the brake pedal should have 2 switches - one big white one that 'clamps' onto the top part of the brake pedal (the part that pivots) and another switch lower down that has a big vacuum line going to it.

the clutch pedal should only have 1 switch.

They changed the design in 93 to that dual switch design. I don't know if you can upgrade to the newer style or not. You might need to find a 1993 or newer W with a manual and get the switch from it.

I'm only in the hypothetical stage of reassembly of MY manual 282 swap into my 91 vert.

BUT I did a swap of this same part in order to add vaccuum brakes instead of a power master, prior to deciding to do a tranny swap.

The major difference between those two brackets is that each is designed for a different steering column! the z34 square column, and the round 94 GP column.

the easiest thing would be if the GP bracket can accept the clutch pedal and brake pedal, and then just stick the gp unit with the z34 pedals attached into your car. You must make sure that the z34 brake pedal contacts both of the switches.

IF this can't be done, you may have to drill and tap new holes into the Z34 bracket, so that you can attach the GP steering column

as for the switch...

if must use the z34 bracket in your GP, you must use the old style brake switch. Look at the wiring from BOTH switches, you will discover that the wires on both are the same color. You can repin some of the wires, or cut and solder them together, making sure to match colors

GOOD LUCK!
