RedZMonte
I replaced the CC Modual with the one out of my lumina. i repaired all the vaccume lines that i found damaged. the Cruse still doesn't work. I don't think its a vaccume leak becuase my heater/Air controles still work normally. tipically they would both get nocked out if that where the case correct? Guest Anonymous
It should take both out. Try a new switch on the column. Or, is the switch on the column plugged in?
Jeff M
That is odd, there is a check valve in the line that helps maintain a vacuum to the cruise should you loose vacuum/hit some boost-1psi is all that is needed, and that same vac line continues into the fenderwell to a vac canister/reservoir, check those too. You may still have a leak and have enough vacuum at the heater but not enough out at the cruise control mod. Jeff M
Brian P
Maybe you need to replace the cruise control circuit board under the dash. It's right below the steering wheel with about 8 wires attached to 1 end
