RedGTP Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 hello I have a little question ... it's possible to remove the ERG valve ??? because I want made a twin pipe setup (3 cylinder per pipe) and the EGR and O2 sensor is on the Y ... or .. if I have twin pipe ... I can take 2 little pipe to my ERG valve ???(made a Y to twin pipe) lol sorry .. I'm a beast with paint .. lol And it's able to put only one O2 on one pipe .. or .. You could just get a chip and turn the EGR off or are you saying that it is in the way of what you are wanting to do? If that is your problem, then sorry i cant help. slick Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 You can save yourself the effort and have Ben make you a chip for your 94 3.4. He can turn off the EGR for you, that way you can delete the EGR all together. But, if you have emissions testing, you may need to keep your EGR. Pabz Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 If you had 2 exhaust pipes, one for each side, there is no reason you would need 2 pipes to the egr, the egr only needs to be connected to one pipe. for the O2 sensor i think you would need one per pipe.
