TylerW Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 Hey everyone... My local Pull-a-part has a '94 Cutlass with a fairly low-mile 4T60E in it. Somebody pulled the 3100 this past week and the trans is just sitting there in the cradle complete. I'm considering going back to get it soon considering they only charge $43.00 for any auto trans. The car suffered a wiring fire so i know it was functioning. My question is, whats involved in pulling it now that the engine is out of the way? I know the axles have to be pulled and the cradle dropped I think, plus the assorted connections. And, how much does one of these weigh? Some thing two ppl can manage? Thanks! Quote
digitaloutsider Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 You wouldn't live in Georgia, Kentucky, Tennesee, Alabama, or North Carolina would you? Quote
turby Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 2 people could lift it up and out of the engine bay. Quote
