timing mod question

So, I did a little bit of searching and found that 6* 6* is the best setup for some power gains. question is: can anybody give me a simple answer as to how many teeth things need to be altered? if I can just cound teeth and not have to use some wheel with lots of numbers, that would make it a lot simpler for me. I was going to try and retime it this morning, but my roommate who has the small screwdriver (to reset the actuator) works til 12, and i have to head to detroit around 2 or 3, so I'll probably drive it to work and back timed crappy tomorrow, and retime it after work tomorrow. maybe hopefully now I can do this timing mod if it can be done easily enough.
