95 3.1L Torque specs

hi guys, I am about to do an intake gasket on a 95 grand am with a 3.1L. I don't have a shop manual for this car.... does anyone know the torque specs/procedure for the rocker arms, the upper and lower intake? Thanks in advance guys.....

1. Tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (1) to 7N·m (62 lb in).

2. Tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (2) to 7N·m(62 lb in).

THEN:

3. Tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (1) to 13N·m(115 lb in).

4. Tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (2) to 25N·m(18 lb ft)

 

your rockers are non adjustable, just torque the Rocker Arm Nut to 20 lb ft
