Ok what is the part.. On a 94 z34. On The rear suspension there is the main thing that flexes and then on both sides there are bars that connect to the spindle.. My front bar is bent and rubbing on the main spring thing. What is this bar called? How do I change it?

spindle?

I think you mean the rear control arms. there's four of them, right? they run from the hub up to the center of the car, two on each side of the car, parallel to each other and the leaf spring? about 1.5" high and .5" thick?

Yeah that is exactly it. So I need a control arm or is it called a trailing arm? It is the ones that run parallel to the leaf spring . The front one on the drivers side is bent. Anyone ever have one off could I change it with a jack? Should I buy a new one if so does anyone have the part number? or will I have to go to a junk yard? Also will the allignment be all messed up after I put a new one on?

Controling arm maybe but not trailing arm. The trailing arms run from the hub forward along the underside of the car. They look like skinny long dogbones.

The ones you want create a frame around the fiberglass monoleaf....right?

Yeah it is a control arm... The z34 doesn't have a fiberglass spring.. i think only the olds had that. Can you get a control arm at like say auto zone or do I have to get a gm part? anyone have the number

The 'main thing that flexes' is made of fiberglass and it is a leaf spring.
