OK, first off, when I apply the brakes the right side of the car vibrates, it can't be the pads or rotors because I changed them thinking that was the problem, guess not. And, the other problem is, when you are driving I can hear a slight squeel until I even slightly apply the brakes then it goes away. Anyone know what my problems are? Thanks!

Did you put anti-squeal on when you did your pads and rotors? That could cause the squeak.

did you replace all the rotors?

are the wheels properly torqued (100ft-lbs with a torque wrench)?

If not, check your wheel bearings.

The sqealing is caused by the compound of your brake pads exciting the natural frequency of the rotor. Its very unlikely that it will go away completely, even if you use any kind of anti-sqeal grease

Wouldn't the wheel bearings always make a vibrant noise/feel? It's only when I apply the brakes.

Check to make sure you have the proper torque on the caliper mounting bolts. If they are loose, this will cause some serious problems in the near future.

I am just gonna get it checked when I get my timing belt done Thursday.
