z284pwr
Recently the TGP has been doing a great job at "fraying" the accessories belt. We bought a brand new nice belt for it 2 weeks ago and the inner edge is already starting to fray. The old belt did the exact same thing, however, it took about a year or so for it to start fraying? As far as we can tell it is all in right and everything? The car does have an FFP UDP which is the only "non-factory" component in that area. Could that be just off enough to bring the belt up out of the grooves and rub? Any other things to check that could be causing this issue? THe_DeTAiL3R
Check the tensioner... if it's starting to wobble or come apart that could cause problems.

z284pwr
Im willing to bet one of the pulleys isnt lined up right. Yeah, this is what I'm thinking too. However, I'm confused on how it would just suddenly start doing this in the past month? I have had the engine with the UDP in for over a year now?
