THe_DeTAiL3R Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 I changed mine at 20,000km (12k miles) ... well that's how much I put on the car since I've owned it, so I really don't know how much are on the old plugs.. But when I pulled hte old ones they didn't look that bad, I could have just cleaned them up and re-used them. Quote
Nick1234 Posted May 17, 2006 Author Report Posted May 17, 2006 Its for my n/a 3.1. Im tearing the motor apart tomorrow so im going to put plugs and wires in right away. My gas milage has been shitty and i think the double platinums might have something to do with that. Im just going to put the regular ac delcos in. I was thinking in the 30-40k range as well. White93z34 Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 i'm thinking that mine could stand to be changed, i think they have 30,000 or so on them, i'll see how they look, and go from there. Quote
pitzel Posted May 18, 2006 Report Posted May 18, 2006 I had 123k km's (76k miles) on the factory ones, and they still worked great. Could have just pulled, regapped, and probably gone another 50k. I wasted my money on the platinums. But they should pretty much last forever. Quote
