Transmission Swap 96 Lumina 3100 4T60E to 94 Cutlass 3100 4T60E?

I picked up a 1996 Lumina that wasn't running to well and after replacing the coils, wires and plugs it runs great. I want to swap out the engine and trans to my 94 Cutlass Supreme (bad trans.& leaky front seal etc.) I noticed a different connnector on the transmission. Is this a problem or can I remove and replace that black box from my Cutlass and use it?
