Lumina engine swap questions.....help!

Hello Everyone. This is my first post on this forum, but I think I will be an active member from now on. Its nice to see so many people sharing pics and info of w-bodies. Anyways... I'm planning on building up my Lumina, and am wondering.... whats the easiest engine to swap into a 93' Lumina Euro? I want something that will bolt in using the same mounts. I also want something supercharged or turbo. I am aware I wil have to change or at least reprogram the computer, and modify the harness. I was thinking a 3.8L Supercharged.... What year range engine would I need to bolt up? I think I will need the trans too since right now the car has a 3.1L and 4T60-E. Is it possible to put in a manual trans? The car has concole shifting right now and I've seen other manual Luminas and the shift knob comes out of the same spot on the console, so maybe its just an issue of cutting a hole in the floor? Is the cradle different on a manual trans car? Basically I am trying to decide wether I want to make the GMC Jimmy or the Chevy Lumina fast, I already know what it will take for the Jimmy, but this is my first w-body, and this seems to be the right place to ask. I am a mechanic by trade, and have access to the entire shop so tools+equipment won't be a problem. I just need to know what engine to start looking for.... what year will just bolt in, and what cars to look for one in.... I was thinking a buick or a pontiac w-body that is supercharged of about the same year as mine..... maybe 94' and below. Will I need to grab the PCM and harness too? And also.... can I go with the supercharged 3.8L and still add a UB3 digital cluster afterward? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.....thanks guys

easiest swaps are probably a 3.4, a 3100 or 3400 should go in without much problem. or you could try and track doen turbo grand prix parts and turbo your 3.1, or swapin a 3.1 turbo if you should be lucky enough to find one.

more advanced it the L67... 3800 supercharged, but probably the best swap for the money.
