I am sure this is not an original posting but I have been a member for a while now and can't remember seeing one like this. here goes:

Lets have a high mileage contest that we have to submit photos of our odometers NO PHOTOSHOP CHEATERS!!. We can have a winner for each power plant or body style: for example it could be:

Generation One1988-1997 Cutlass Supreme

1988-1996 Grand Prix

1988-1996 Regal

1990-1994 Lumina

Generation 1.51995-1999 Lumina

1995-1999 Monte Carlo

Generation Two1998-2002 Intrigue

1997-2004 Grand Prix

1997-2004 Century/REGAL

2000-2005 Monte Carlo/Impala

or

3.5 DOHC Shorstar Six

3800 Series II

3800 Series One

3.4 Liter DOHC

3400 SFI

3100 SFI

2.8 Liter MFI

YOU CAN DO IT !!! Then the winners of each category can submit photos of our cars to see how welll they have held up vs. time and mileage.

My 88 cutlass supreme here at the house the milage went up to 200k then read error and i reset the trip odometer when i hit that milage but the trip odometer screwed up so i don't know the true milage of my car but i'm pretty sure i'm around 209k right now.....

My '99 GP has 207k on it....not really that big of a deal though. It runs and drives like brand new. Its good for AT LEAST another 207k, probably another 400k+ though.

My 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix SE(3.1 MPFI/4T60-E).

^Latest picture that I have, it's around 248,5XX or so now.

It doesn't really look like it has that many miles on it as it's been pretty well taken care of over the years(I've had it nearly 7 years now, my parents purchased it new back in 1993). It has a few door dings and a couple of stone chips here and there(mostly on the front bumper and the rear quarters). I'm going to eventually have it repainted the factory Bright White, but with some blue metallic flakes added to the paint.

I still need to dig up a Pontiac article I have of a Grand Prix LE or SE that a salesman owned, it was pretty high up there(I'm thinking near 300K)....

i bought my Cutlass with 111,000 miles in April 2000. i'm somewhere around 240,000 now - still using the original engine that has never been rebuilt. damn thing will probably last well past 300,000 at this rate (even with 12psi).

i think my TSTE has around 160,000 miles.

That car looks awesome. I'd never guess it had that many miles on it. Keep up the good work! :)

My old 89 gp se was at 312,000k and still ran before i scrapped her from a bent cradle. that was a 2.8/4t60 all original , oil still looked like honey.

My current supreme has a 3.1/ 4t60-e and has 275,000k on the clock with no signs of dieing

Here's a couple quick pics of the 90 Euro close to my house with 279k miles. I got a pic of the 90 GP with 227k too. The Euro is in pretty rough shape, and it's filthy. But the GP seems pretty nice considering it's age and miles - the only major visible flaw I spotted was clearcoat fading on the roof.
