We can have a winner for each power plant or body style: for example it could be: Generation One1988-1997 Cutlass Supreme 1988-1996 Grand Prix 1988-1996 Regal 1990-1994 Lumina Generation 1.51995-1999 Lumina 1995-1999 Monte Carlo Generation Two1998-2002 Intrigue 1997-2004 Grand Prix 1997-2004 Century/REGAL 2000-2005 Monte Carlo/Impala or 3.5 DOHC Shorstar Six 3800 Series II 3800 Series One 3.4 Liter DOHC 3400 SFI 3100 SFI 2.8 Liter MFI YOU CAN DO IT !!! cutlsp Posted April 28, 2006 Report Share Posted April 28, 2006 My 88 cutlass supreme here at the house the milage went up to 200k then read error and i reset the trip odometer when i hit that milage but the trip odometer screwed up so i don't know the true milage of my car but i'm pretty sure i'm around 209k right now..... It has a few door dings and a couple of stone chips here and there(mostly on the front bumper and the rear quarters). I'm going to eventually have it repainted the factory Bright White, but with some blue metallic flakes added to the paint. I still need to dig up a Pontiac article I have of a Grand Prix LE or SE that a salesman owned, it was pretty high up there(I'm thinking near 300K).... TheEddie Posted May 2, 2006 Report Share Posted May 2, 2006 hmm, after reading of the 99 gp gt with 207k my 99 monte with 142 doesnt sound so bad... the old 96 gp se (in sig) had 170k on it when i sold it for $3500 (bought it for $1500), i still see/hear the damn thing driving around, I told the girl it was supposed to sound like that..ran like a champ nonetheless. The Euro is in pretty rough shape, and it's filthy. But the GP seems pretty nice considering it's age and miles - the only major visible flaw I spotted was clearcoat fading on the roof.
