89GP_SE
ok so I have a tire problem. I popped the back on on my car and i need to replace it. No junkyards in town have this tire size... 215/60R16 I need one! If anyone has a spare one kicking around let me know. Anyways I did find two 225/60R16's though. Would these be too wide?Second, they also have 2 15 inch sawblade rims like the ones I have on my car know, I was thinking of putting those on the front and taking the old front ones and putting them on the back. so then i would have 15s in the front and 16s in the back... would this work too? 19Cutlass94
I would not use those two different rim sizes. Second, you can get cheap 215/60/16 tires, like Im talking 50 bucks cheap. Then youll need a mount and balance but still.
Cam'ron
225 is fine and dont have 2 different size rims that just looks hokey unless its on a drag car... you can get away with different profiles front to back but i dont see 15-16" rims lookin ok
THe_DeTAiL3R
The new GXP has 18" rims but the front and rear are different sized tires IIRC. I would get some 16" rims and do 225/60/16 as they are a common size (all the newer wbodys)
