How 2 change window run channel?

hate to bring up a holy old thread but why make a new one when this one was never answered lol. Anyone know how? I am replacing a latch assembly and dont want to damage anything

usually the run channel is riveted to the window or door frame, unless you're talking about the LOWER channels which are adjustable and removable by undoing the fasteners.

Yeah.

 

You pull it back toward the window to tighten the whole assembly.

 

It stopped my window motors from going off track every time someone shut the door.. because of course.. they SLAM them. "It's just an old car." :cussing:

People do that with my car!!! ITS A '95 PEOPLE!!! NOT A '75!!!! It pisses me off every time. And I let them know it. :willynilly:
