95oldsVan
I wanted to pass this along, and Im in no way affiliated with this guy.I had him do injectors before and had nothing but excellent results.Since im working on a high mileage engine Im going to have the injectors sent out, clean, rebuilt, blueprinted, flow matched and etc. Its still cheaper than buying new ones....he gave me the flow sheet and before and after results. Check out this site: http://www.cruzinperformance.com/ He also did the injectors for my 95 olds van and also did alot of Corvettes and other cars from other boards. DaveFromColorado
what exactly does he send back on the blueprint? --Dave.
firefighter_0029
I had it done at a guy near my house they made a big differance I think. He did the ones in my PA Ultra. I'll tell ya after he cleans and rebuilds them they tap like a mother until you put some Lucas Fuel Injector Lube in them though. He charged me $8 a piece I think. It's a hell of alot cheaper than $300 for new ones. what exactly does he send back on the blueprint? --Dave. The guy gave me readings on kind of a recipt thing that tells you what they flow before and after he's done and if any leaked off before the rebuild. That's some good info - I wonder if you labeled each injector for which hole it came out of, if he'd list the blueprint in the same order ... that way you'd be able to tell if you had a cylinder runnin' too fat, or too lean. --Dave. 95oldsVan
Yeah they can do that if you label them so they can give you back the info which ones had poor spray pattern and etc.You can always email Rich at that site and he will give you whatever extra info or answers you may need.If you havent read the site,go check it out.Shows a neat step by step system they do.They even send you back your old internal parts they replaced so you can see what was done, and they come with new O rings. The interesting thing is,no injectors flows exactly the same...even brand new ones are gonna spray somewhat different than the others...this is ok for most cars, aslong as theyre within a specfied range, but after you get them flow matched and tested, its going to be better balanced than before. It ensures you get the same or close to the same spray pattern from every injector. Its not uncommon to see gas mileage improve a bit with flow matched injectors. firefighter_0029
I don't know if that's true or not all I know is that 4 of them were about the same and the other 2 were way off by about 4 pounds. I belive he said it was because the screen was plugged and one of the nozzles was broke.

He had them for about a week...at that time he was backlogged with many orders...so email or call him and see if he can get you in.He was that busy at that time...got a good rep and all...so you can know ahead of time if he can do yours as soon as your shipment arrives or will delay a few days.
