IP Replacement

Has anyone ever replaced an IP? If so, how much trouble was it, and what exactly is needed? I know it has the wiring harness that goes acorss the top, and the gauge cluster to take care of. Mines in to the point where I cant stand it anymore, The whole dash just seems broke when Im driving the car. The dash just bounces over every bump in the road. Probably because 3 out of 5 bolds are broke one it. But still. Help will be needed since Im gonna try to score a good one from a j/y tomorrow.

You need to take off the dash pad, all the trim, vents, accessories...

After all the straight forward stuff, two bolts to drop the steering column, and it's just a matter of unbolting the carrier, after unclipping all the wiring harnesses. It's an easy job, but it takes a LONG time. Good luck finding an unbroken one too. Everyone I've checked at the yard has been fucked just like mine or worse. BTW it's not an IP, it's an IP carrier...
