problem with delco loc

went junk yarding the other day and i ran across a 90 gp tape deck that looked to be in great shape. i grabbed it up figuring i'd see if it worked and maybe someone here would want it. even if not, it's pretty enough i could hang on to it myself and not feel like i've lost anything.

 

so anyhow, since i've converted my car to a 97 interior and electronics, i have no place to test this thing. i've got power, memory and ground hooked up at my work bench and it's locked (you know, Loc'd). anyhow, how do i unlock this thing without being able to hook it up to healights ot ste3ering wheel controls?

 

i've checked over the diagrams i have, but the colors on radio harness i had laying around doesn't match what the diagrams say and the connector descriptions are shitty. anyone help a brother out?
